Yes, the design, developement and initial setup are completely free. You'll only pay for on-going domain and hosting fees which you'd pay elsewhere too regardless.

5. What do I need to provide to get started?

Absolutely! You'll be free to customise what you want and how you you'd want and if it's tricky, we'd help you with no additional cost!
